If they say life is a marathon, not a sprint, then magnesium is on your relay team.
The Muscle Maker

Creatine is an amino acid that has been well established to support a great workout and help build strength in coordination with exercise. Known for its impact on muscle growth, creatine can also help tone and define muscle and build lean body mass depending on your workout pattern and caloric intake.*

What’s in it?

Our single-ingredient creatine powder is sourced from Germany and produced on a completely closed production line, ensuring its purity.

What to mix it with

We recommend mixing one packet with your favorite protein powder and 8 oz. of cold liquid. You can also mix it with water and drink it on its own. You can take creatine any time of day — the best benefits are provided when taken every day, especially on the days you work out. Many athletes will take high amounts of creatine in the first few days of training to increase creatine stores in their muscles, then reduce to a lower amount for longer-term exercise. This is called “creatine loading.”

Benefits of Creatine

Creatine is a baseline nutrient to fuel muscle function. There is a strong link between creatine, an amino acid stored in your muscles and used for energy, and fitness performance. Creatine has been called the most effective athletic aid currently available in terms of increasing exercise capacity and lean body mass development. It is typically found in seafood, red meat, pork, and poultry, so you may want to consider supplementation if you don’t eat meat — ours is vegan.*
